The photography is high-contrast black and white, shot with an artistic, almost architectural sensibility. Digital applications excel at tasks requiring collaboration, automated reminders, and the management of vast amounts of information, such as shared calendars or complex project management software. This architectural thinking also has to be grounded in the practical realities of the business, which brings me to all the "boring" stuff that my romanticized vision of being a designer completely ignored. They produce articles and films that document the environmental impact of their own supply chains, they actively encourage customers to repair their old gear rather than buying new, and they have even run famous campaigns with slogans like "Don't Buy This Jacket. For times when you're truly stuck, there are more formulaic approaches, like the SCAMPER method. Every printable chart, therefore, leverages this innate cognitive bias, turning a simple schedule or data set into a powerful memory aid that "sticks" in our long-term memory with far greater tenacity than a simple to-do list.
