Hudson River Tidal Chart. Unlike structured forms of drawing that adhere to specific rules or techniques, free drawing allows artists to unleash their creativity without constraints, embracing the freedom to experiment, improvise, and create without limitations. But a single photo was not enough. Allowing oneself the freedom to write without concern for grammar, spelling, or coherence can reduce self-imposed pressure and facilitate a more authentic expression. It also forced me to think about accessibility, to check the contrast ratios between my text colors and background colors to ensure the content was legible for people with visual impairments.
