Any change made to the master page would automatically ripple through all the pages it was applied to. As I began to reluctantly embrace the template for my class project, I decided to deconstruct it, to take it apart and understand its anatomy, not just as a layout but as a system of thinking. As you become more comfortable with the process and the feedback loop, another level of professional thinking begins to emerge: the shift from designing individual artifacts to designing systems.
